I attend high school during the day and work at STL Distribution during the evening. I am active in my church youth group. I love working at STL Distribution and feel that in the few months that I have worked here I have grown in many ways. My family is very important to me, and mine is very close-knit. I recently just turned 21 and I enjoy singing. It’s my passion. God gave me the talent so the least I can do is sing and give him the glory for it. I am involved with my Church’s youth, a member of the choir, and a first soprano in our praise team called ‘’Highest Praise’’. I also love kids especially my little cousins Joanna and Joshua and my step sis Madison. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Hi, my name is Jill McInturff and I have had the joy of working with STL Distribution for 7 years. I have been in the industry for 21 years (I started at age 2). God has given me the opportunity to talk to and sometimes visit the stores in our In House and Outside Sales Department. He has also blessed me with a wonderful husband of 7 years. We are both involved in our church, working with the youth, missions, I sing in the choir and he drives the church bus. Hi my name is Karen Parlier. I have been working as an In House Sales Rep with STL-Distribution since September 1, 1993. My husband and I have 2 children and 2 grandkids. We are super busy with our church-my husband is an elder, clerk, Sunday school teacher, grow group leader, and I enjoy assisting in the women’s ministry outreach. On a personal note, I enjoy reading, listening to audio books, quilting as time permits, baseball, and spending time with my grandchildren whenever possible. |

Hi, my name is Winona Hart. I have been with STL Distribution since March 20, 1995. I work with two great In-House Sales people as their assistant inputting all their orders. I also help in order entry when needed. It is a blessing working with Christian people and a Christian company. I sing in the church choir. A few months ago, we sang our Easter cantata again combined with 2 more choirs. We had a slide program as we performed the crucifixion. It was amazing. Just think what the heavenly choir will be like! In the evenings or week-ends, I like working in the yard and the garden. As I have heard some people say “Tennessee is God’s country.” |

Hi, I'm Debbie Cowan and I'm the Vendor Marketing Manager for STL Distribution. I really enjoy working for a missions-based company whose goal is to share the gospel throughout the world. My husband, Don, and I live in the mountains of Unicoi County, TN and it is by far the most beautiful place I have ever lived! We are actively involved at Lighthouse Baptist Church, and enjoy hosting family and friend get-togethers where the favorite game is "Catch Phrase". I love gardening, canning, 4-wheeling, traveling and reading. My daughter Emily and her husband Brad just had a gorgeous new baby girl, Ryleigh Kate, on Sept. 4. Everything they say about grandparenting is true….it is beyond amazing!! |

I feel strongly about our company and have a passion for the mission work we support across the globe. It is an amazing feeling being part of a company that’s primary motive is not to profit but to help others! I am a rather busy individual who works full time, attends graduate school full time, and teaches at the college level so that leaves very little time for “fun”. My name is Sara Beth Barnett. I began working for Appalachian Distributors in 2004 in the Homeschool division working directly with our Homeschool Headquarters stores. In 2006, I left what was at that time STL/Appalachian to attend Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, FL. After graduating, a very homesick Tennessean moved back to mountains she loves so much and quickly realized working on motorcycles was a better hobby than career, especially as a girl in a so called “man’s world”. So, I returned to STL Distribution in July of 2008 to work once again in the Homeschool division, but this time working with our publishers. I am a member of Fountain of Life Bible Church (www.flbconline.com) and am actively involved in the Audio/Visual Team as well as our Prison Ministry and Bikers for Christ Motorcycle Ministry. |
